City of Loveland, CO Acquires Major Public Art Sculpture (December, 2020)

The City of Loveland commissioned Kevin Robb for a significant sculpture through their Public Art program Loveland Public Art The newly developed area in northeast Loveland now has a dynamic sculpture in a roundabout that is in the center of the development connecting two major roads. It is titled Birds in Flight in recognition of the wildlife that has been displaced by the development as well as the birds that have remained a part of the ecosystem. As it reaches 12 feet in height, this aluminum sculpture consists of four supporting elements and connected with numerous wings. It is a strong sculpture that can be viewed and appreciated from any direction the traffic may take you.
